During the judo tournament Dushanbe Grand Slam at the Regency Hyatt Dushanbe hotel, in the presence of representatives of the International Judo Federation and the Judo Federation of Tajikistan, the pairs of competitors were determined. The total prize fund of the tournament amounts to 154 thousand euros, with 226 athletes participating from 27 countries.
The best judoka from the OAE, Zakhar Kosov, will begin his performances at the Dushanbe Grand Slam, the main judo tournament organized by the Judo Federation of Tajikistan. Competitions will conclude in the evening on Sunday with the heavyweights, where Kosov will compete. His opponent will be the winner of the match between Chinese fighter Huan Faochun and a young judoka from Tajikistan, Mokhsena Malaeva, who will open the preliminaries of the competition this spring.
